First, I'd like to say that it's nice to finally see Alex Jones mention the Jewish factor in the World Order conspiracy. Of course he's not doing it explicitly, but he is mentioning it. As you will learn from the article I'm sharing with the readership of this blog, I've decided to take off the kid gloves and stop using "nice words" to express my dissatisfaction with anti-American sentiments growing in this country by traitors who stand in the wings with their plans to destroy this great country, as they've done so patiently for the past 100 years. And much longer than that as you can imagine. For those of you who are pissed off by what I say, you're part of the problem.

ADL Calls For “Major Law Enforcement Operation” To Deal With Obamacare Critics

A major Anti-Defamation League report goes further than ever before in an effort to purge the Internet of all dissent, listing completely non-violent criticism of Obamacare posted on Internet forums as a reason to conduct a “major law enforcement operation” against opponents of big government and health care reform.

The ADL’s April 2010 report is entitled, “Violent Voices: Anti-Government Extremism Takes on New Intensity,” and consists largely of lists of comments culled from alternative news websites and forums, as well as Fox News.

“During the first few months of 2010, anti-government extremism has taken on a new level of intensity in the United States. The arrests of the Hutaree militia in Michigan illustrate this passion, which exists both within and outside the militia movement. Unfortunately, the Hutaree arrests may come to be seen not as the culmination, but rather as a first step in what may need to become a major national law enforcement operation,” states the introduction (emphasis mine).

Such words are chilling bearing in mind that the infamous MIAC report, which listed gun owners, Ron Paul supporters, libertarians and people who fly U.S. flags alongside neo-nazis and terrorists, was partly based on information provided to the Missouri Information Analysis Center by both the ADL and the Southern Poverty Law Center.

According to the ADL, a “major law enforcement operation” may be needed because Americans are upset that “health care reform effort is in fact key to evil efforts to implement a tyrannical government by any means necessary.”

While some of the comments listed by the ADL do hint at or call for violence, the organization underhandedly mixes them in with people who are merely expressing their displeasure at the passage of health care, amnesty, or new taxes. The vast majority of comments listed in the report relating to health care have no hint of racism or violence whatsoever.

One of the “extremist” comments worthy of a “law enforcement operation” listed by the ADL reads as follows.

“The bill that passed has NOTHING to do with healthcare,” wrote “TXplt” on the Gun and Game Forums on March 22. Rather, “…it is used solely as a vehicle to push an agenda—to destroy what is working in our insurance industries, to increase our government intrusion into citizens’ lives…and to eventually act as a vehicle for our power hungry miscreants to attempt to dictate every aspect of our lives.”

Another example is then listed.

A poster called “stainless,” writing to the Assault Web forums on the same day, thought the situation even more dire. “I don’t think you quite understand the scope of this bill,” he wrote. “From now on the gov. has absolute control of our lives…They can now declare a health ‘Emergency’ and shut down any portion of our society they want at any time. I suspect we will begin to see the practical affects [sic] of this control fairly quickly.”

Indeed, most of the comments listed in regard to health care contain no violent threats whatsoever. Consider the following example, which was posted by one of our own Prison Planet Forum moderators.

“Have you read the bill? It is a full police state bill. Your body is now owned by the state. Your children are owned by the state. Your blood, sperm, ovaries, all reproductive methods are owned by the state. Your organs are owned by the state. This is a Nazi Eugenics bill with full bailout financing to the federal reserve front companies (big insurance).” Post by “Sane” to the Prison Planet Forums, March 22, 2010.

This is shocking – the ADL lists relatively mild comments which criticize Obama, immigration, or the health care bill, statements that contain no threats and not even a hint of violence, and lumps them in with death threats against the President as well as lawmakers, immediately after stating that a “major law enforcement operation” needs to be undertaken to shut these people up.

A “major law enforcement operation” needs to be set up to take on people who don’t like Obamacare and express their dissatisfaction on the Internet? More than half the entire country opposes health care reform. The Feds are going to be kept very busy raiding every two-bit Joe Blogger who comments on a news story if the ADL has its way.

Curiously, since it emerged that white supremacist radio host Hal Turner was paid handsomely by the FBI to make death threats against federal officials, the ADL and the SPLC have stop including him on their list of domestic extremists. It seems that it’s only kosher to call for violence if you’re being ordered to do so by federal authorities.

Likewise, making death threats against people who the ADL or the SPLC disagrees with is also seemingly OK. We found comments on the Southern Poverty Law Center website from SPLC supporters calling for Alex Jones to be executed for his political beliefs. The ADL didn’t see fit to include these comments in any of their reports, and the SPLC left them up there for four months, only removing them after we wrote a story about the issue.

For organizations like the ADL and the Southern Poverty Law Center, hate is their business, and business is good. If there were no “domestic extremists” to dangle like bogeymen in front of the brainwashed public, the donations would dry up, and the lucrative government tie-ins would cease.

“The SPLC is in the money raising business for every known and unknown left-wing cause. It has gone from tracking the movements of violent racists, skinhead groups, and a brief resurgence of the KKK that number in the hundreds to creating hysteria over mainstream value voters,” writes Gary DeMar. “If you don’t agree with the SPLC leftist litmus test, then you are probably a member of a 'hate group.' With its new definition of what constitutes a hate group, the SPLC has become a fund raising machine. It’s no wonder that the SPLC is flush with cash. Ultimately, the tactic is to strike fear in middle-America so the checks keep rolling in. Most communities don’t see skinheads or even KKKers, so the SPLC needs a tangible enemy.”

With so many Americans rightfully angered at the myriad of new taxes they face under Obamacare, not to mention new assaults in the pipeline – VAT taxes, carbon taxes, financial transaction taxes, the ADL has plenty of people at which to point who are upset and not afraid to show it.

But there’s a significant difference between being pissed off, angry at politicians, and wanting to protest or bitch about it, and being a domestic terrorist who wants to blow up federal buildings. Indeed, you probably need to be working for the FBI to have any interest in the latter. Also recall that the SPLC itself had operatives inside the Identity settlement in Elohim City, Oklahoma from where the OKC bombing plot had its origins.

“References to an informant working for the SPLC at Elohim City on the eve of the Oklahoma City bombing raises serious questions as to what the SPLC might know about McVeigh’s activities during the final hours before the fuse was lit in Oklahoma City – but which the SPLC has failed to disclose publicly,” the Daily Gazette reported, citing a declassified FBI memo.

The SPLC and the ADL have deliberately blurred the lines between the right to voice one’s grievances under the First Amendment, and inciting violence or planning terror (for those few individuals who are not paid to do so by federal authorities).

Up until now the ADL and the SPLC have concentrated on making lists of political activists, you know, like the Nazis did, who they disagreed with and then seamlessly tying them in with federal patsies like Hal Turner or Timothy McVeigh in an attempt to chill free speech and prevent people from actually researching the information these undesirables were putting out.

But now the ADL has gone a step further in actually calling for law enforcement action against people who leave non-violent rants and comments on websites, the mask has now been removed and the openly fascist effort to purge the Internet of dissent by arresting Obamacare critics is now underway.

A Writ for Martyrs, Eustace Mullins, R.I.P.

Eustace Mullins (1923-2010), a renowned historian and controversial author of books dealing with conspiracies such as Secrets of the Federal Reserve (1952), has passed away, according to a statement made earlier today by his caretaker, Jesse Lee of Cut and Shoot, Texas. Mullins was 86 years old.

Mullins was born in Roanoake, Virginia, in 1923 to parents Eustace Clarence Mullins and Jane Katherine Muse. He received education at Washington and Lee University, New York University, the University of North Dakota and the Institute of Contemporary Arts in Washington, D.C. before enlisting in the military as a Warrant Officer in 1942. Mullins also served thirty-eight months active service during World War II in the United States Air Force.

Mullins was well known for the association and friendship he maintained with several noteworthy historic figures with whom he frequently visited, earning him the nickname “America’s Guest.” He first became acquainted with American poet Ezra Pound in the winter of 1948, while Pound was being kept at Saint Elizabeth’s Hospital in Washington, D.C. At Pound’s request, Mullins, at the time an employee at the Library of Congress, was commissioned to author a book about the Federal Reserve on Pound’s behalf. Through the publication of such controversial books, as well as his associations with literary and political figures that included Russell Kirk, E.E. Cummings, and Joseph McCarthy, Mullins became an object of concern to the FBI under then-director J. Edgar Hoover, who secretly kept files on Mullins throughout his tenure. Using Freedom of Information Act Requests, Mullins obtained a portion of this record in December of 1981, and subsequently published a book based on his experiences, A Writ for Martyrs (1985).

Due to the controversial nature of some of his written works, Mullins was dogged with accusations of racist and anti-Semitic views expressed in books such as The Curse of Canaan: A Demonology of History. Mullins refuted these accusations, but due to his controversial status was nonetheless frequently asked to appear on radio and television programs that included The Political Cesspool.

Jim Marrs, author of numerous books on conspiracies such as Rule By Secrecy and The Terror Conspiracy shared his feelings about Eustace after hearing of his passing:

Eustace has, and will remain, on my Hero List. His diligent work to bring out the under reported aspects of our national history have been a tremendous help in my own investigations. And I know of no factual information that significantly contradicts his finds and conclusions. If the day ever comes when America honors truth over spin, hype and distraction, the name of Eustace Mullins will be at the top of the list. We must never forget his legacy.

Christopher McCollum, a writer and editor at the Culture of Spirits website, shared the following of his visit with Mullins in winter of 2009:

I would like to say that with my three days that I spent with him, I felt completely at home. His breadth of knowledge and experience was astounding, and the only thing more impressive than that was his willingness and ability to speak about it. Like a rare visit from a favorite uncle, we gathered around him and sat mesmerized as he told his tales.

It was an experience that I will never forget, I daresay. The last of Ezra Pound’s students had the temerity to stand up for himself against unthinkable enemies and odds, and should serve as a beacon to those who think that one man can’t fight the system.

Eustace will be sorely missed, and I thank the heavens that I got to spend the time that I did with him, in his waning days.

Vance Pollock, historical consultant for the L.E.M.U.R. Paranormal Investigations team out of Asheville, North Carolina, also expressed sentiments regarding his many meetings and discussions with Mullins:

For my part, I will miss Eustace as one of the last links to that greatly misrepresented American struggle against “creeping communism” which it seems we lost with a whimper over the last few decades.

To anyone who would question authority and the establishment formula which states what a person should think, feel and believe regarding the way the world is run, Eustace Mullins was that rare and exceptional voice of the free thinker.

Eustace Mullins will forever stand in my mind as the unwavering underdog. In seeking to understand why Eustace will be given the silent treatment afforded all such troublesome characters, I imagine him as a young man standing by the coffin of Joe McCarthy delivering his eulogy (Editor’s note: It is known that Mullins was actually a featured speaker at McCarthy’s funeral).

Fifty some years later, this chapter in history has been rewritten for us to interpret any such sincere and patriotic opposition to “the enemy within” as some confused or misguided paranoia… but was it? Eustace Mullins preserved for us a seed of truth that will continue to be hidden away from the mainstream.

He will continue to be loved, respected and admired by future seekers who search for their answers in the dark, neglected corners of the dustbin of history.

Those who knew him proudly called him a friend, and an American patriot. Mullins was not married at the time of his death, and is survived by one remaining sibling.

Blacklisted historian’s works reveal the deception of mainstream history

Lots of fine folks around the world have been worried lately about the welfare of legendary anti-establishment historian Eustace Mullins.

Actually, half-baked reports and calculated rumors have had him killed, kidnapped, missing or otherwise under siege for decades. Some of these items have been true, others only near misses.

I’m here to tell you tonight that Eustace is fine. One is tempted to describe him as “never better,” but for a writer as young as myself, describing an old codger of 86 years filled with intrigue and tragedy, whose legs don’t work very well anymore and who is prone to nodding off after a good meal, that would be a subjective judgment I would not care to make.

I’ve been hearing stories about the persecution and exploitation of Eustace Mullins by shadowy people with ulterior motives since the late 1980s, when they’d already been happening for 30 years. To make a long story short, Eustace would be dead today — murdered, actually — if not for the miraculous intervention of a guardian angel. Yes, it does happen.

The thing that first strikes me as remarkable about Eustace is his face, especially when he laughs, which is often. Good humor amidst adversity is perhaps the finest human trait, which this battler for objective human truth possesses in abundance.

Even though the subject at hand may be tragic and portend dire consequences for the entire human race, when the point is made, and Eustace laughs wryly, all the wrinkles on his face disappear, except for two little crow’s feet. His eyes sparkle as he glances upward, as if to say, “I tell them what I’ve found, Lord, that’s about all I can do.” The best way I can put it is that he is infused with a kind of light I’ve seen in very few others.

Eustace Mullins is the most blacklisted, suppressed and harassed writer in American history. In the introduction to his “A writ for martyrs,” which is a report on the files the FBI compiled on him for decades, Mullins writes, “In a single day, my life changed from one of peaceful artistic endeavour to one of constant struggle for survival. One dark winter day in in 1948, some friends persuaded me to visit the poet Ezra Pound in his cell at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, Washington, D.C. That day was to cast a pall over my life, and to bring great suffering to my innocent family.”

After 25 books, including such pertinent titles as “The Secrets of the Federal Reserve,” “Murder by Injection,” and “The World Order: Our Secret Rulers,” Mullins is now living the good life, sort of, thanks to his rescue from oblivion by a lone man who takes life very seriously. Mullins and his steadfast caretaker Jesse Lee are essentially homeless, but touring the country, going from friend to friend, selling the same books Mullins has been peddling for sixty years. (You too can acquire these precious, museum quality books for a song — and possibly get a visit from Eustace and Jesse in the bargain — simply by writing to me and I’ll pass the info on.)

But in their happy travels, they do something a lot more than that. With Jesse’s thoughtful guidance, they raise eyebrows and elicit love wherever and with whomever they meet. The minute Eustace’s message reaches the unenlightened, they seem to universally respond, “I need to hear this information, because it relates to what is happening now more than anything I’ve ever heard on TV.”

Sitting comfortably in an easy chair, Mullins dismisses the physical problems that have plagued him in recent years with a wave of his hand, and says matter-of-factly, chuckling with that twinkle again, “I still have 25 more books to write!”

The astonishing output of works of supreme relevance to our understanding of today’s world can perhaps best be viewed on Wikipedia, a site I don’t normally recommend, and can’t say is accurate. But more importantly, understand the content of all these publications and simply marvel at the profound enormity of the output.

Among his major works . . .

“The Secrets of the Federal Reserve” may just be the single book that can save the American republic, if that’s possible, because it objectively examines how the international bankers have reshaped reality throughout the 20th century and turned our freedom into slavery.

“Murder by Injection: The Story of the Medical Conspiracy against America” reveals the American Medical Association’s sordid history of killer quackery and heartless profiteering that continues today with the ubiquitous use of poison medicines to cure fictional diagnoses.

“The World Order: Our Secret Rulers” names the five men who rule the world.

In “The Rape of Justice: America’s Tribunals Exposed,” Mullins writes: “ . . . the cause of our legal dilemma, that our Constitutional courts, as authorized in the Constitution, have stealthily been replaced by equity courts, operating on the stern military principles of admiralty punishment.”

So now you have some idea why the notorious FBI director J. Edgar Hoover put a tail on Mullins for decades; in fact, probably, the agent is still posted.

Eustace’s guardian Jesse says “The Curse of Canaan” is the key to all of Mullins’ works, because it explains the demonic plot that has plagued civilization for five thousand years. Back in the late 1980s, when I first encountered “Curse of Canaan,” I was put off by religious terminology I didn’t understand, and I thought all evangelical types were the same — hypocrites.

Since then I’ve learned differently. Like the debate about good Jews and bad Jews, there is no debate that there are good Christians and bad Christians. Israel-poisoned shills like John Hagee, Billy Graham and Jerry Falwell are the bad Christians; but the good ones like Jesse Lee and Eustace leave no doubt in anyone’s mind that they are driven by the light of truth, and overjoyed at the prospects of the trip they’re on.

As stimulating as reading Eustace Mullins can be, conversing with him can be even more startling, not to mention educational.

“People don’t realize the United States didn’t win the Revolutionary War,” Eustace casually says. “They let us think we won, but it never really happened.”

Jaws usually drop considerably at that line. Summoning my meager knowledge of America’s war for independence, I began to babble on about Alexander Hamilton, the guy on the $10 bill, as being one of the key figures preventing America’s independence from Britain and the international bankers. I brought up a name familiar to Eustace, the respected Jewish economic historian Emanuel Josephson, who was Mullins’ close friend when they both lived in the same New York City neighborhood a half century ago.

Josephson wrote that Hamilton was half black and half Jewish, went to Hebrew school in London, and later prevented the fledgling colonies from financial freedom by reserving the printing of paper money to the banks, rather than the government, despite what the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution appears to say.

“That kind of reminds me of Abraham Lincoln,” Eustace retorted. “Lincoln’s mother was a slave and his father was a Jew. Did you know that Lincoln’s wife went mad and spent the later part of her life in an insane asylum, and that both of Lincoln’s sons committed suicide?”

He continued. “Lincoln was put in place by the bankers, too. That whole greenbacks thing was just a smokescreen.”

As I said, jaw dropping.

After a pause, Eustace went on. “Did you know that for two whole years, Averill Harriman was the leader of Russia?”

Harriman, member of an infamously rich American family comparable and in league with the Bushes, was sent to Russia by the Rockefellers right after Hitler invaded in 1941, because when that happened, Stalin had a nervous breakdown which lasted two years. Harriman later returned to the U.S. and ran for vice president in 1948.

Perhaps with Eustace Mullins rather than any other single author, you can really get a feel for how deep the rabbithole goes. Among Mullins’ more astounding publications are both whole books of commentary on the Jewish question, including a mammoth tome titled “Mullins’ New History of the Jews,” and small booklets containing the riveting essays “Jewish War Against the Western World,” “Sigmund Freud: Anti-Christ Devil,” “There’s a Gulag in Your Future,” and “The Biological Jew,” plus scores of other essays and short works with similar titles and the same subject. So it seemed natural to suggest my own observations for his scrutiny, and when I did, was I surprised.

“So, Eustace,” I queried, “who really runs the world?”

“The Queen,” he answered quickly.

“You mean it’s not the Sanhedrin!?” I exclaimed, flabbergasted. “Are you sure it’s not the Sanhedrin that runs the Queen?”

“No, it’s Queen Elizabeth who runs the Sanhedrin and everything else — most definitely.”

As I said, with Eustace Mullins, both with reading his works and listening to him, prepare to be astounded. Prepare to learn the real history that has been concealed from us by the people who own the media, who just happen to be the same people who own the banks and the government.

As I said before, since 1988 I’d been hearing secondhand stories about Eustace and about how numerous charlatans would make their way to his modest Staunton, Virginia home to try to steal the rights to Eustace’s books. Many times I pondered how the only thing that could really save Eustace from the ravages of time and inattention was a guardian angel.

For decades, said angel never appeared, and Eustace’s health rapidly went down the tubes. Then suddenly, right after filmmaker Randy Atkins made the video “The Neo-Zionist World Order,” which consisted of an extensive interview with Mullins, the latest team of these charlatans spirited Eustace out of the Virginia nursing home where he had been living to another nursing home in Texas. Two criminals named Blackburn and Spencer were all set to commit Mullins to a Texas state institution, where it would have been all but impossible to get him out. During this dangerous episode, Spencer actually reprinted one of Mullins’ works, carefully removing all instances of the word “Jew,” and pocketing all the profits for himself.

As Eustace recalls it, “Spencer told me that if I took the word out of all my books, we could make a million dollars.” That Eustace remembered what G. Edward Griffin did. “He totally plagiarized my ‘Secrets of the Federal Reserve’ and made two million dollars.”

Just as Mullins was to be committed to a Texas state institution, along comes Jesse Lee, son of a Baptist preacher, who perceived the unjust horror of the situation. Jesse snatched Eustace from the clutches of money-grubbing opportunists and the poisoned nursing home, and drove him off to Maine for a 40-day raw vegetable fast.

And that’s what saved Eustace’s life.

Since then Eustace and Jesse have lived a nomadic life, going from friend to friend, all over the U.S., spreading the real history of the United States and waking people up in the friendliest of ways.

Jesse Lee, you may know, looks just like Santa Claus (well, much thinner). While on a previous fast in the mountains of Colorado, Jesse took a Nazarite vow to never again cut his hair as a sign he was a servant of the Lord, and the task he adopted as his life’s work was to resuscitate and renourish Eustace. So far this mission, a tremendous amount of work since Mullins is essentially not able to sustain himself without significant care, has been a complete success. And a great gift to those they choose to visit.

Jesse’s goal for the future, suggested by Atkins, is to reacquire the old Mullins homestead in Staunton, also buy the house next door, and turn them both into the Eustace Mullins Ezra Pound Institute for Civilization, sell books and protect the works of Mullins, Pound and other authors who have been blacklisted by the authorities who control people’s thoughts. That plan at this point is only a dream.

“We’re not out to sell books,” Jesse stresses. “We just want to spread the word.”

Lately I’ve noticed something that I’ve never noticed before. I guess it’s one of the perks of getting older.

I’ve noticed that a lot of the best people — not the ones who are trying to make lots of money or assume positions of power after they steal them from whomever possesses them at the moment — exude a certain kind of light about them.

Jesse has asked me if I was a Christian, and I said no, but added that Jesus was a close personal friend of mine.

Jesse didn’t know that I am one of the most trenchant and persistent critics of organized religion in the world. Or at least that’s what I like to think.

But lately I’ve noticed that the people who say and do the best things are all driven by a CERTAIN faith in God, and are made happy by it, regardless of whatever historical anomalies that I might hold in such high and incriminating regard, and regardless of whichever creed — except for that horrible one we’ve been talking about — that espouses veneration of a highest power with an emphasis on love, charity and service . . . you know, that highest power that has given us our lives. I’ve seen it just as strongly in Catholics, Muslims, Baptists and Buddhists. Sorry to say I don’t know any Hindus, but I’m sure they have it, too.

It’s the light of faith that shows through in good works for the highest purposes, and it is the most beautiful thing in the world.

Lately I feel this light rising in myself, the light of safety, and I don’t know what do about it, trenchant critic of psyop religions that I pretend to be.

A thought crosses my mind: What if all the believers in the world united against the nonbelievers? I’m not talking lockstep Hageeism here. I’m talking about understanding we all have shared goals and shared beliefs, but some agency in the world somehow exacerbates our differences instead of emphasizing our commonalities. They foment conflict for the purpose of exploiting both sides. As a direct result, society is in chaos while the mindlocked government works to mass murder as many people as possible so the rich can have less crowded playgrounds.

What if all the believers in the world found their commonality and exposed and neutralized the one group of nonbelievers that controls everything for a purpose that can only be described as selfish and evil?

Well, it’s just a dream. A dream that could be made possible if everyone understood everything that Eustace Mullins has ever said, and put those thoughts into action.

The phone rings. It’s Randy, supposedly the next stop for Eustace and Jesse. “They’re not here yet.” I get on the phone. “Jesse, where are you?” “Oh, we stopped at Mia’s. Don’t know how long we’ll be here, but we’re having a great time.”

GATA sues Fed to disclose gold market intervention records

GATA today brought suit against the U.S. Federal Reserve Board, seeking a court order for disclosure of the central bank's records of its surreptitious market intervention to suppress the monetary metal's price.

The suit was filed in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and targets Fed records involving gold swaps, exchanges of gold with foreign financial institutions. In a letter dated September 17 this year to GATA's law firm, William J. Olson P.C. of Vienna, Virginia, (http://www.lawandfreedom.com) Fed Board of Governors member Kevin M. Warsh acknowledged that the Fed has gold swap agreements with foreign banks but insisted that such documents remain secret:

The lawsuit follows two years of GATA's efforts to obtain from the Federal Reserve and the U.S. Treasury Department a candid accounting of the U.S. government's involvement in the gold market. These efforts parallel those of U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, who long has been proposing legislation to audit the Fed. The Fed has wrapped in secrecy much of its massive intervention in the markets over the last year, and Paul's legislation recently was approved by the U.S. House of Representatives.

The Fed claims that its gold swap records involve "trade secrets" exempt from disclosure under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act.

While GATA has produced many U.S. government records showing both open and surreptitious intervention in the gold market in recent decades (see http://www.gata.org/node/8052), Fed Governor Warsh's letter is confirmation that the government is surreptitiously operating in the gold market in the present as well. That intervention constitutes a huge deception of financial markets as well as expropriation of precious metals miners and investors particularly. This deception and expropriation are what GATA was established in 1999 to expose and oppose.

Of course GATA's lawsuit against the Fed will take months if not years to resolve. We think we have a good chance of winning it in court. But we can win it outside court, and much sooner, if the suit can gain enough publicity from the financial news media and market analysts and prompt enough inquiry from them and from the public, the mining industry, and members of Congress.

So GATA urges its friends to publicize the suit and to urge journalists, market analysts, mining companies, and members of Congress to join us in seeking disclosure of the Fed's gold market intervention records. If enough clamor is directed at the Fed about these records, the gold price suppression scheme will lose its surreptitiousness and fail.

Unfortunately the World Gold Council, which each year collects tens of millions of dollars in membership fees from mining companies in the name of representing them and gold investors, refuses to question governments about their surreptitious interventions in the gold market. These interventions powerfully influence not only gold's price but the prices of government bonds and currencies, as well as interest rates generally and the value of all capital and labor in the world. There is no more important issue in the world economy than gold price suppression.

So what should have been the World Gold Council's work has fallen to GATA, a non-profit educational and civil rights organization that operates from month to month on donations from people who share its objective -- free and transparent markets in the precious metals and fair dealing among nations generally. Ron Paul on Ben and the Fed

If Joe Scarborough was aware of what Ron Paul said about the economic ills that were to befall this country later into the decade, why wasn't he speaking with Ron and why wasn't he supporting Ron during the 2008 election season? Did he forget about the comments Paul made back in 2003 or was it that he was never made aware of it until recently? Paul is correct to criticize the Federal Reserve institution as evil, but he plays gatekeeper when he doesn't describe Ben Bernanke as being evil as well. Paul is also incorrect in saying that Ben Bernanke is the most powerful man in the world. Not to take away from the guilt that Bernanke bears himself, but there are other players involved here, like the members of the Bank of England who are so conveniently left out from the scathing criticism. Also, why isn't Paul talking about the findings of the Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee? It's very concerning to me that he hasn't said anything.

I'm turned off by these corporate newscasters who try to play themselves off as trustworthy when for 8 years during King Bush's reign they parroted state propaganda. It means that things are going to get worse as they try to lull people back to sleep from their wake-up so that they can resume their program of deception. Yes, that means you, Glenn Beck, and I don't care if you rewrote Thomas Paine's Common Sense.

Oh, and here's something I didn't know. Obviously Murray Rothbard and Pat Buchanan were friends from way back. Eustace Mullins has some information on both Rothbard and Mises in his book The World Order. I'll post the passage in another blog article.

Jewish Hate Group Calls Patriotic Grass Roots Organizations Un-American

Okay, so the title of this blog article is extreme. It draws your attention to the piece. And that's precisely what I wanted out of this.

In their continued efforts to subdue the white American male and those who support him in his goals, the Anti-Defamation League has labeled two organizations of identical purpose and similar origin as "extremist" and "anti-government". Their article, Oath Keepers and Three Percenters, reads with a bias that is cloying. Since it has so many features of a propaganda piece, we cannot rely on it to glean any truth from the article. And the only inspection possible that will allow us any truth would be to consult the groups targeted therein the piece.

After telling us where the first national conference of the OathKeepers took place and for how long it lasted, it then, the skeptic observer assumes, under reports the scale of attendance by commenting that only 100 people attended. Because of what follows in their article, this statistic can only be verified by the testimony of those who were there. The article then audaciously reports, with no supportable evidence, that the group is much smaller in membership than the declaration of an OathKeeper boardmember who advanced the number 2,000 in counting the tally of dues-paying members.

What follows is political language phrased to elicit apathy from the reader. In understanding that people sympathize more with veterans over lawyers, the ADL carefully chooses to describe OathKeeper's founder Stewart Rhodes as a lawyer instead of a disabled U.S. Army paratrooper. In this respect, this is beneficial to the ADL who want nothing more than for ignorant Americans to believe patriotism equals treasonous extremism.

Editorially, the ADL contemptuously eludes with disdainful pride that in refusing to obey suspected unlawful commands by traitors in all branches and at every level of government, the Oathkeepers' members should be restrained to strap-belted gurneys for their own mental-health protection. It was not hard for the author of this blog article to decipher their encoded message. Look at the following excerpt below in blockquote for yourself.

The Oath Keepers encourage members of the military and law enforcement to pledge not to follow certain hypothetical "orders" from the federal government. These "orders," including one "to put American citizens in detention camps," and another "to disarm the American people," echo longstanding conspiracy theories embraced by anti-government extremists, who claim that the U.S. government is creating a police state. The Oath Keepers try to appeal to military and law enforcement personnel by reminding them that they swore an oath to defend the Constitution "from all enemies, foreign and domestic," and suggesting that now is the time to live up to that oath by resisting an allegedly tyrannical government.

"Allegedly tyrannical government," "echoing longstanding conspiracy theories embraced by anti-government extremists," is the type of political language used to slanderously and libelously assail American patriots in the public arena when trying to engage in serious discourse about topics they feel need to be discussed.

Their vials of poison still not empty yet, the ADL shoots their guns again twice more at American patriot Stewart Rhodes. First they suggest in language not so subtle that the picture of an Oath Keepers patch on an active-duty serviceman's arm sleeve is a fraud. Second, by brazenly accusing OathKeepers and ThreePercent as being organizations formed by extremists and opportunists capitalizing on the discontented masses unhappy with having a black President. But one must ponder if there are so many discontented over the President's blackness, how did Barack Obama rally enough votes to launch him into office?

Federal Reserve Policy Audit Legislation ‘Gutted,’ Paul Says

Oct. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Representative Ron Paul, the Texas Republican who has called for an end to the Federal Reserve, said legislation he introduced to audit monetary policy has been “gutted” while moving toward a possible vote in the Democratic-controlled House.

The bill, with 308 co-sponsors, has been stripped of provisions that would remove Fed exemptions from audits of transactions with foreign central banks, monetary policy deliberations, transactions made under the direction of the Federal Open Market Committee and communications between the Board, the reserve banks and staff, Paul said today.

“There’s nothing left, it’s been gutted,” he said in a telephone interview. “This is not a partisan issue. People all over the country want to know what the Fed is up to, and this legislation was supposed to help them do that.”

The Fed, led by Chairman Ben S. Bernanke, has come under greater congressional scrutiny while attempting to end the financial crisis by bailing out financial firms and more than doubling its balance sheet to $2.16 trillion in the past year. The central bank is also buying $1.25 trillion of securities tied to home loans.

Paul, a member of the House Financial Services Committee, said Mel Watt, a Democrat from North Carolina, has eliminated “just about everything” while preparing the legislation for formal consideration. Watt is chairman of the panel’s domestic monetary policy and technology subcommittee.

Keith Kelly, a spokesman for Watt, declined to comment and said Watt wasn’t immediately available for an interview. Watt’s district includes Charlotte, headquarters of Bank of America Corp., the biggest U.S. lender. (Mister Goldbug - well this certainly makes sense why Watt would elimite "just about everything" in Paul's bill. He either works unofficially for Bank of America, who may or may not have put him in office, and this is something that needs to be researched, or he is doing the Federal Reserve a mere favor. But really what's the difference? Mel Watt is a whore.)

Paul said he intends to introduce an amendment to the bill when it comes to the House floor for a vote restoring the legislation’s original language.

Representative Barney Frank, a Democrat from Massachusetts and chairman of the committee, said in interview that he intends to ensure legislation would provide a time lag between FOMC actions and the reporting of them.

Such a provision would “lessen the market impact,” he said on Oct. 20. “The importance is to see that there are no abuses and to judge what they did.” (Mister Goldbug - I've always loved the way defenders of the Fed have argued time lag transparency. There's another word for time lag and its usually associated with people who are drunk -- slow response time.)

The legislation will probably be included in a broader Democratic package of financial-regulation changes in the House, Frank said.

Federal Reserve Admits Hiding Gold Swap Arrangements

The Federal Reserve System has disclosed to GATA that it has gold swap arrangements with foreign banks that it does not want the public to know about.

The disclosure contradicts denials provided by the Fed to GATA in 2001 and suggests that the Fed is indeed very much involved in the surreptitious international central bank manipulation of the gold price particularly and the currency markets generally.

The Fed's disclosure came this week in a letter to GATA's Washington-area lawyer, William J. Olson of Vienna, Virginia (http://www.lawandfreedom.com/), denying GATA's administrative appeal of a freedom-of-information request to the Fed for information about gold swaps, transactions in which monetary gold is temporarily exchanged between central banks or between central banks and bullion banks. The letter, dated September 17 and written by Federal Reserve Board member Kevin M. Warsh (see http://www.federalreserve.gov/aboutthefed/bios/board/warsh.htm), formerly a member of the President's Working Group on Financial Markets, detailed the Fed's position that the gold swap records sought by GATA are exempt from disclosure under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act.

Warsh wrote in part: "In connection with your appeal, I have confirmed that the information withheld under Exemption 4 consists of confidential commercial or financial information relating to the operations of the Federal Reserve Banks that was obtained within the meaning of Exemption 4. This includes information relating to swap arrangements with foreign banks on behalf of the Federal Reserve System and is not the type of information that is customarily disclosed to the public. This information was properly withheld from you."

When, in 2001, GATA discovered a reference to gold swaps in the minutes of the January 31-February 1, 1995, meeting of the Federal Reserve's Federal Open Market Committee and pressed the Fed, through two U.S. senators, for an explanation, Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan denied that the Fed was involved in gold swaps in any way. Greenspan also produced a memorandum written by the Fed official who had been quoted about gold swaps in the FOMC minutes, FOMC General Counsel J. While the letter is far from the first official admission of central bank scheming to suppress the price of gold (for documentation of some of these admissions, see http://www.gata.org/node/6242 and http://www.gata.org/node/7096), it comes at a sensitive time in the currency and gold markets. The U.S. dollar is showing unprecedented weakness, the gold price is showing unprecedented strength, Western European central banks appear to be withdrawing from gold sales and leasing, and the International Monetary Fund is being pressed to take the lead in the gold price suppression scheme by selling gold from its own supposed reserves in the guise of providing financial support for poor nations.

GATA will seek to bring a lawsuit in federal court to appeal the Fed's denial of our freedom-of-information request. While this will require many thousands of dollars, the Fed's admission that it aims to conceal documentation of its gold swap arrangements establishes that such a lawsuit would have a distinct target and not be just a fishing expedition.

Medvedev Unveils “World Currency” Coin At G8

In a highly symbolic moment at the G8 summit in Italy today, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev unveiled to reporters a coin representing a “united future world currency”.

“We are discussing both the use of other national currencies, including the ruble, as a reserve currency, as well as supranational currencies,” the Russian leader said at a news conference.

However, those who have downplayed the formulation of a world currency by dismissing it as merely a progression of SDR’s (Special Drawing Rights) and not something that would physically be used by citizens in a system of world government, were contradicted when Medvedev clearly outlined that the new currency would be “used for payment” by citizens as a “united future world currency”.

“This is a symbol of our unity and our desire to settle such issues jointly,” Medvedev said.

“Here it is,” Medvedev told reporters today in L’Aquila, Italy, after a summit of the Group of Eight nations. “You can see it and touch it,” reports Bloomberg.

The question of a supranational currency “concerns everyone now, even the mints,” Medvedev said. The test coin “means they’re getting ready. I think it’s a good sign that we understand how interdependent we are.”

Press images released to the Yahoo photo wire did not show any close up shots of the coin and little was known about it, except that it had been minted in Belgium and bears the words “unity in diversity”. An RIA Novosti report noted that the coin represented an example of a “possible global currency”.

China and Russia have repeatedly called for a new global currency to replace the dollar.

When confronted about plans to supplant the dollar with a new global currency, both Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke and Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner denied that such an agenda existed.

However, just days after he told a Congressional hearing that there were no plans to move towards a global currency, Geithner sought to please the elitist CFR by assuring them that he was “open” to the notion of a new global currency system.

The scandal-ridden and highly secretive Bank For International Settlements, considered to be the world’s top central banking power hub, released a policy paper in 2006 that called for the end of national currencies in favor of a global model of currency formats.

The global currency would be a key central plank of a future system of world government. Earlier this week, Pope Benedict called for a “world political authority” to manage the global economy.

President Obama’s plan to give the privately-owned and unaccountable Federal Reserve complete regulatory oversight across the entire U.S. economy, which is likely to be enacted before the end of the year, will officially herald the beginning of a new form of government in the United States - an ultra-powerful banking dictatorship controlled by a small gaggle of shadowy and corrupt elitists.

The new rules would see the Fed given the authority to “regulate” any company whose activity it believes could threaten the economy and the markets.

This goes a step further than the centrally planned economies of the Soviet Union or Communist China, in that the Federal Reserve is not even accountable to the U.S. government, it is a private entity that according to former Fed chairman Alan Greenspan, is accountable to nobody but the banking families that own it.

Obama’s regulatory “reform” plan is nothing less than a green light for the complete and total takeover of the United States by a private banking cartel that will usurp the power of existing regulatory bodies, who are now being blamed for the financial crisis in order that their status can be abolished and their roles handed over to the all-powerful Fed.

According to an Associated Press report today, Democratic leaders have committed to enacting the plan before the end of the year and Republicans in both the House and Senate have indicated that they won’t stand in the way of the overhaul.

“The final plan….is expected to sidestep most jurisdictional disputes and simply impose across the board standards to be applied by all financial regulators, according to administration and industry sources, ” reports the Washington Times.

In other words, the Fed, which is already totally unaccountable to Congress, is to be placed in complete control of the entirety of the U.S. financial system, to do as it wishes without repercussion.

As the LA Times reports, the government, in conjunction with the private Federal Reserve, would effectively have the clout to simply seize and take over any company it desires.

In order to appease those opposed to the plan, such as Sen. Christopher J. Dodd, chairman of the Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs, the Obama administration has agreed to create a “watchdog” council of regulators to “advise the Fed”.

However, as former chairman Alan Greenspan has most recently pointed out, given that the Fed is an independent entity, and therefore accountable to no one, it will have the power to simply reject and overrule any advice it is offered.

Pointing out the flagrant conflict of interest in empowering the Federal Reserve to essentially regulate itself, Professor of public affairs at the University of Texas at Austin Robert Auerbach writes, “The Federal Reserve has massive conflicts of interest that make it ill suited for its present regulatory functions and certainly for an expanded regulatory reach. The officials leading the Fed today preside over an organization that is run in substantial part by the bankers they regulate. Bank regulation begins at its 12 district Federal Reserve Banks, each governed by a nine-member board of directors, two-thirds of whom are elected by the bankers in the district.”

As economic author Nomi Prins highlights, Obama’s plan does nothing whatsoever to fix the excesses of financial institutions blamed for the financial collapse, it only ensures their continued operation and an expansion of the practices that contributed to the economic crisis in the first place.

“The ’sweeping overhaul’ of the financial system detailed by Geithner on behalf of the Obama administration does not overhaul the system at all,” writes Prins, “giving the Fed a bigger role, creating a ‘council of regulators’ to oversee the existing oversight bodies and allowing the biggest Wall Street players to maintain their status, leaves the system intact.”

“The Federal Reserve is not a fully public entity. It has amassed a set of $7.87 trillion worth of facilities and other entities through which it has lavished cheap loans in return for questionable collateral from the banking system. It has kept the true nature of these transactions a secret despite numerous FOIA requests. And, it has actively promoted the creation of bigger institutions in a chaotic environment, rather than putting the brakes on the creation of these giants,” concludes Prins.

Proof that the agenda of implementing overt financial dictatorship is being carefully coordinated can be seen in the fact that an almost identical scheme is also being set up in the United Kingdom, where “The governor of the Bank of England has called for greater powers to allow it to fulfil its new role of promoting financial stability,” according to a BBC report.

Just as in the U.S., King is calling for traditional independent regulatory bodies to be all but abolished and replaced by the Bank of England itself, which just like the Federal Reserve is a private outfit with no accountability to the government whatsoever.

The mainstream media, for the most part, has reported the oversight plan as a much needed regulatory crackdown on those responsible for the financial crisis. However, the details of the plan constitute almost exactly what lobbyists for leading bankers have been pushing for over the past few weeks.

“All derivatives contracts will be subject to regulation and all derivatives dealers subject to supervision,” Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner said at a Time Warner Economic Summit in New York on Monday, also noting “When you have too many people involved, there’s an accountability problem.”

As we reported earlier this month, heads of nine of the biggest banks in the derivatives market, including JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and Bank of America, secretly lobbied to keep derivatives under Federal Reserve “oversight” and away from real scrutiny.

As reported by The New York Times, they all met secretly to discuss how to use the lax regulation and institutional secrecy of the NY Fed to shield their credit-default swaps business from prying eyes and attempts at regulation.

The banks formed a lobby– the CDS Dealers Consortium– only weeks after accepting TARP funds in October 2008 to protect its interests. Heading this effort was Edward Rosen, who previously helped fend off derivatives regulation. Rosen wrote and circulated a “confidential memo” to the Treasury Department and leaders on Capital Hill, making their agenda clear, the Times reported.

Rosen and his backers propose that derivatives be “traded in privately managed clearinghouses, with less disclosure,” according to the Times. The clearinghouse of choice for the big banks in Rosen’s CDS Consortium is ICE U.S. Trust, which is in turned regulated only by the Federal Reserve system.

So the upshot of all this is that the bankers get what they want, are allowed to carry on as they were, while at the same time the fractional reserve banking system and the federal government are both greatly expanded and empowered, and the compliant corporate media ludicrously tells us that a strict crackdown is underway.

This kind of activity is exactly what some leading representatives have warned of in recent weeks.

A fortnight ago, the Democratic Chairman of the Agriculture Committee, Collin Peterson, announced to the press that “The banks run the place,” in reference to the US Congress.

While Peterson is also pushing for legislation to regulate derivatives trading, his proposed bill would limit derivatives trading to public exchanges, rather than private clearinghouses, which are managed by banks.

Peterson’s warning mirrors that of Democratic Senator Dick Durbin, who just a few weeks before uttered the same rarely acknowledged truth.

“And the banks — hard to believe in a time when we’re facing a banking crisis that many of the banks created — are still the most powerful lobby on Capitol Hill. And they frankly own the place,” Durbin said.

How simultaneously dangerous and ridiculous it is that the Federal Reserve is given more authority to oversee the economy. This is the same privately run entity that refused to comply with congressional demands for transparency and disclose the destination of trillions dollars in bailout funds. It is the same privately owned entity that has withheld internal memos, in spite of freedom of information act requests. It is the same private entity, run for the most part by European banking elites, that has arrogantly refused to tell Senators and Congressmen which banks were in receipt of government loans.

The government is ready to hand over everything to a monolithic private corporation and a gaggle of bastard banker offspring, that have gobbled up an amount close to the entire GDP of the country in taxpayers’ money and figuratively stuck the middle finger up regarding questions over where that money has gone.

It can be no more apparent than at this time that legislation to audit, repeal and eventually end the Federal Reserve, must be supported by Americans if they want to see their children and their grandchildren grow up without indentured debt and entrenched servitude to a fascistic marriage of private banks and hugely inflated government.

Pro-Israel Mouthpiece Says Freedom of Speech Dangerous

JINSA’ article says outlets who oppose future wars should be silenced—killed if necessary—by military strike

ONE OF THE MOST INFLUENTIAL voices of the pro-Israel lobby has published a shocking essay suggesting that, in the future, there should be “military attacks” on journalists and media outlets that oppose American military ventures on behalf of Israel.

In the spring 2008 issue of its Journal of International Security Affairs, the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA), a particularly vocal force of the Jewish lobby, published a series of articles devoted to the subject: “The U.S. Military Faces the Future.”

One article, entitled “Wishful Thinking and Indecisive Wars,” written by Ralph Peters (described as “a retired U.S. Army officer”) states flatly that “Although it seems unthinkable now, future wars may require censorship, news blackouts and, ultimately, military attacks on the partisan media.”

The JINSA essay says “Freedom of the press stops when its abuse kills our soldiers and strengthens our enemies. Such a view arouses disdain today, but a media establishment that has forgotten any sense of sober patriotism may find that it has become tomorrow’s conventional wisdom.”

JINSA’s suggestion that the media in America opposed the U.S. invasion of Iraq—a key demand by Israel and JINSA—flies in contrast to the truth. In fact, the major media banged the drum for war. AMERICAN FREE PRESS and a few independent newspapers strongly opposed this needless war.

So what JINSA is saying is that those independent media voices—such as AMERICAN FREE PRESS—that opposed the drive for war should ultimately face military violence if they oppose the Jewish lobby’s future military aims.

One analyst, University of Pennsylvania Prof. Edward Herman, has described JINSA as “organized and [run] by individuals closely tied to the Israeli lobby and can be regarded as a virtual agency of the Israeli government.”

JINSA was founded in the mid-1980s by Stephen Bryen. He, along with several of his close associates—including future George W. Bush administration officials Richard Perle, Paul Wolfowitz and Douglas Feith—was investigated by the FBI on charges of spying for Israel at various times. JINSA has worked to forge alliances between the Jewish lobby and former American military officials, treating them to international junkets and a variety of business and other financial bonanzas provided by Israeli sympathizers in America and around the globe in return for support for their blatantly pro-Israel policies.

Peters—whose pro-Israel articles are published regularly in The New York Post, owned by pro-Zionist billionaire Rupert Murdoch—is just one of those whose views on the military appeared in JINSA’s journal.

A recurring theme in the essays emphasized the need for the United States to coordinate its international ventures with its “allies,” that is, Israel. The essays underscore the idea that it is vital for the United States to engage in covert action to bring down regimes that stand in the way of Israel’s agenda. Written in “code,” so to speak, the essays carry the theme that Israel’s interests are those of America and vice-versa and that those who oppose Israel are “anti-American,” and that includes American military officers.

An essay by one Patrick Poole alleges that the distinguished Strategic Studies Institute at the U.S. Army War College is in the state of “strategic collapse” because it published a study saying that Hamas, the Palestinian faction, has been misunderstood due to misreporting by what the War College report says are “Israeli and Western sources that villainize the group.”

JINSA’s propagandist claims the War College “is only representative of a larger rot in the U.S. military’s halls of higher learning . . . [that] apparently runs through all levels of our military senior service schools. . . .”

The author of these attacks on American military leaders who refuse to pander to the Jewish lobby, Patrick Poole, is a ubiquitous Internet presence, writing pro-Israel screeds for Frontpagemag.com, the website of ex-communist-turned-neoconservative pro-Israel publicist David Horowitz. (Mister Goldbug - Don't you just love that? David Horowitz goes from being a communist to being a "Trotskyite neoconservative" (ref. Eustace Mullins).)

The record shows that increasing numbers of American military figures, and a host of ex-diplomats, intelligence officers and others are publicly challenging the Jewish lobby. They include Adm. “Fox” Fallon, former ambassadors Charles Freeman and Richard Peck, ex-CIA officers Michael Scheuer and Ray McGovern as well as top academics such as Dr. John Mearsheimer and Dr. Stephen Walt. And former President Jimmy Carter as well.

It is thus no surprise that influential Jewish voices, such as Forward, published in Manhattan, complain there is opposition to Israel within higher circles, a point that surprises many Americans who believe Israel has a firm stranglehold on the American intelligence, diplomatic and law enforcement apparatus.

On May 11, 2005, Forward reported that Barry Jacobs of the Washington office of the American Jewish Committee said there were high-ranking officials in the U.S. intelligence community who were hostile to Israel and unreceptive to pro-Israel lobbyists.

Citing the then-ongoing FBI investigation of espionage by officials of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), Forward noted that this top Jewish leader believed, in Forward’s summary, that “the notion that American Jews and Pentagon neo-conservatives conspired to push the United States into war against Iraq, and possibly also against Iran, is pervasive in Washington’s intelligence community.”

Although the Justice Department recently dropped its case against the AIPAC duo, the FBI investigators remained confident that their criminal case against the intriguers would have resulted in a conviction.

It has been a long-standing concern of JINSA that many in the military are tired of fighting wars for Israel. In the fall of 2006, JINSA’s journal suggested that a full-fledged witch-hunt was in order, designed to root out critics of Israel at high levels, implying that Israel’s critics were allied to “jihadist” fundamentalist Muslims. JINSA asked:

How deeply have jihadist elements infiltrated the U.S. government and federal agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, and various military commands, either through sympathizers or via actual operatives?

Since there are few Muslims in the FBI, Homeland Security, the Department of Defense etc, the suggestion that “jihadist” elements have “infiltrated” our government might seem silly to the average American. But JINSA—determined to enforce Israel’s demands on American foreign policy and military might—is concerned that there are growing numbers in the military, the FBI and the CIA who are opposed to wars for Israel—and this, in JINSA’s view, constitutes collaboration with the dreaded “jihadists.”

So Jason Bermas says that the world isn't ran by "Hook-nosed people don't run the world in some kind of cave while they suck the blood out of babies in some weird ritual you believe in."

While not all of them are hook-nosed (are any of them hook-nosed?), and I have yet to find a researcher who believe they operate from "some kind of cave", there is some legitimacy to the argument that they do "run the media."

Is There A Supply Deficit?

If you ask the World Gold Council or their “official numbers keeper” - GFMS – they’ll say there is no persistent gold supply deficit. If you ask the folks at GATA – they’ll claim there is an annual 1,000 – 1,500 tonne gold supply deficit.

So who’s telling the truth?

What’s interesting to note in this regard – the World Gold Council and GFMS haven’t always shared the same view regarding gold supply / demand aggregates. Empirically their positions, at times, have been ambiguously at odds with each other and have lacked continuity. Here’s how GATA consultant Frank Veneroso explained the disparity back in 2005;

“As I explained in the Gold Book, gold demand had been understated for years by GFMS, the ‘official’ keeper of the global gold statistics, as has been the flow of official sector gold. Official stocks were falling faster than the GFMS data would suggest. I presented abundant statistical information to make that case. We believe that the trend in the official data since then simply flies in the face of obvious facts and this discredits it further.

People ask us where we think supply and demand are now. Our standard response is that we don’t know, because the data available to us has become ever less reliable. In the old days, the World Gold Council produced a data series on gold demand for most (but not all) of the world. It was based on extensive survey data and it had no reason to be biased. It clearly showed a stronger trend in the growth of gold demand (excluding Western investment) than did the GFMS supply/demand statistics. For us it was an anchor that allowed us to see a growing error in the GFMS data (see the Gold Book).

In the 1990s GFMS was faced with a problem. From the late-1980s to the late-1990s, there was a growing flow of borrowed gold associated with speculative short sales, the hedging of central bank options and commercial inventory hedging, in addition to the well recognized producer forward selling. There were also some official sector liquidations that were not reported. These totaled to extremely large official supplies. For some strange reason GFMS refused to acknowledge most of these official supplies, particularly those associated with speculator short sales. This resulted in a gross understatement of annual supplies.

Unlike the World Gold Council, which tried to only come up with an estimate of demand, GFMS estimated both supply and demand. In the end GMS had to make their estimates of demand and supply balance. Because they were underestimating supplies to an increasing degree, they had to underestimate demand to an increasing degree to make these accounts balance. That is why the World Gold Council survey showed a stronger gold demand trend in the 1990s than the GFMS statistics.

Several years ago the World Gold Council decided to merge its statistical efforts with GFMS leaving us, in effect, with only the GFMS supply/demand estimates. It has been my opinion that the GFMS balances became so flawed by the end of the 1990s that they had become virtually worthless. Therefore, I’ve regarded the new World Gold Council/GFMS statistics in recent years as basically useless. We no longer have any anchor for estimating gold demand and supply.”

That Central Banks “swap” and “lease” gold is an undeniable matter of public record. The extent of this activity is not acknowledged by GFMS or the World Gold Council. We do know that it necessarily has been responsible for filling any and all recurring gold bullion supply deficits.

The bottom line is that Central Banks claim to “officially” have somewhere in the neighborhood of 30,000 metric tonnes of gold bullion in their vaults. However, the reality is that Central Banks possess LESS physical gold than they officially report – how much less is a matter of speculation and a closely guarded secret.

The following formula explains the mechanics of the Gold Carry [lease] Trade:



** Do not confuse the Gold Forward Rate [GOFO] with the Gold futures price – they are not related.

Now, we shall apply our lease rate formula to a “real world” case study where there is plenty of irrefutable evidence that gold leasing occurred; namely, in the aftermath of the Sept. 26, 1999 announcement of the first Washington Agreement on Gold – which was “sold” [as in a bill of goods, perhaps?] to the world as being ‘gold friendly’.

In the aftermath of the announcement of original Washington Agreement [WAG], announced Sept. 26, 1999, the World Gold Council reported:

“Lease rates jumped to 10% in the first few days after the agreement, and though they have fallen back, they remain at a still high level of 4-5%, more than two times the rate the 1-2% the market is historically used to. The market remains tight, with very little gold coming onto it.”

What Happens When Gold Is Leased?

When Central Banks lease gold, it PHYSICALLY leaves the vault and the recipient / borrower sells the physical metal into the marketplace to raise cash – to invest or to finance capital expenditures. In this regard, we can say that “GOLD LEASING” is a means by which physical bullion is made available in the market place – thereby lowering the gold price. After the gold physically leaves the vault of the Central Bank, it is replaced with an I. O. U. and the Central Bank, for accounting purposes, “double counts” by continuing to claim that they still possess the same amount of physical bullion in the vault. It is notable that fraudulent accounting practices relating to gold is promoted by lawmakers the world over. This is contrary to generally accepted accounting practices and promotes market opacity instead of the much talked about need for transparency. Explicitly, it serves to promote the supremacy of the fiat U.S. Dollar as the world’s reserve currency.

Ladies and gentlemen, what the spike in lease rates above depicts is the INDUCEMENT that was required to get BULLION BANKS to accept the “ELEVATED COUNTERPARTY RISK” inherent in arranging further bullion loans since, in the days following the Washington Agreement, the subsequent rise in the price of gold weakened existing bullion borrower’s financial position and made repayment of their physical bullion loans a trickier proposition:

Now, let’s stop and consider WHO did the lending of metal in Sept. 1999 – expelling physical precious metal, intentionally at a loss, in the face of a RISING PRICE of GOLD. Remember folks, 3 month GOFO [the gold forward rate] is the return “earned” by the lender of bullion:


So ask yourself WHO would lend physical gold bullion to ANYONE with a guarantee that you would get LESS bullion back in 3 months????????????

Sir Alan of “I-looted-the-free-world” Greenspan gave us a good hint as to who might do such a thing when he twice testified before Congress in 1998 that "central banks stand ready to lease gold in increasing quantities [read: lose money] should the price rise."

Coincidentally, it is the lack of transparency concerning Central Bank gold leasing and the existence of double counting of gold stocks that, in Dec. 2007, prompted GATA to launch a freedom of information request campaign to wrest all documents from the Fed and U.S. Treasury in their possession that have been generated since 1990 and mention swaps of gold involving the U.S. government. Heck, even the I.M.F. admits that Central Banks double count gold, excerpted from I.M.F. issues paper # 11, April, 2006;

7. The current statistical treatment of gold swaps should be consistent with that of repos. The guidance of paragraph 85 (iii) of the Guidelines, which is applied to gold swaps by paragraph 101, results in overstating
reserve assets because both the funds received from the gold swap and the gold are included in reserve assets. While the gold is swapped, it cannot be the case that both the claims and the gold are simultaneously liquid and readily available to the monetary authority.

The United States of America claims to possess a little more than 8,100 metric tonnes of sovereign gold stored principally at Fort Knox, Kentucky, West Point, N.Y. and The New York Fed. The sovereign U.S. gold reserve has not been independently audited since the 1950’s during the Eisenhower Administration. GATA’s freedom of information requests are all about ensuring that the 8,100 metric tonnes of U.S. sovereign gold is still owned the U.S. and is where it is purported to be.

In April, 2008 the Federal Reserve responded to GATA’s request, releasing part or all of hundreds of pages of worthless information, but also claiming that it was withholding all or part of the information of about 400 pages of documents. The status of the withheld documents is currently under appeal.

These stonewalling tactics – with holding details - are eerily similar to those employed by Messer’s Bernanke, Paulson and Geithner refusing to divulge frank details as to “who” the beneficial recipients were of TARP and TALF funds.

"InfoWarrior" Jason Bermas: Jew Critics Are "Anti-Semites" Who Should Hang Or Electrocute Themselves

Before I begin, I'd like to get something out of the way.

Buzz words like "anti-semite", "anti-semitic", "Jew-hate", "Jew-hater" are terms designed for the political purpose of stifling debate. There has been designed into these terms by educational conditioning a certain negative connotated weight meant to infer or to imply certain associative thoughts that lead the student to politically-desirable conclusions. It serves the purpose well, for when someone starts looking into the Jewish/Zionist angle of the World Order conspiracy the prejudice says that they must be "Holocaust deniers". Of course "Holocaust denier" is also one of those buzz words used as a means to communicate to people that those who question the Holocaust are "anti-Semites" who "hate Jews". David Cole doesn't believe the Holocaust occurred and he's Jewish. Oh, right. Nevermind. He's a "self-hating Jew".

I consider the following minutes a gift to me, provided in the video I posted in this blog post below my commentary. The minutes could not have transpired more beautifully. Jason Bermas proves, without my help, his unreliability as a Truth Seeker. He proves that as a researcher he has a fixed agenda. I would say he's a disinformation agent. If by now no one knows who he is, he's part of the trio team that produced Loose Change.

There's a lot of credible evidence to build the argument that Jews have a significant role to play in determining the political message that is produced out of Hollywood and the contexts of the reports in the corporate news media.

Jason Bermas makes no attempt to prove that the caller who phoned into the show is wrong about these claims. He just says that it's "not a Jewish conspiracy" and that he should "get over it." "Hook-nosed people don't run the world in some kind of cave while they suck the blood out of babies in some weird ritual you believe in."

Jason Bermas throws out the unsubstantiated allegation that the caller or anyone else who happens to agree with the caller believes that all Jews are "hook-nosed people." The well-trained emotional knee-jerk reaction most, if not all, people have to this kind of taboo discussion is to assume that the speaker is of course talking about every single Jew that has lived, is alive, and will be born in the future when no previous quantification existed. The caller did not say "some Jewish people", "most Jewish people", or even "all Jewish people". The caller just happened to say "the Jewish people."

Sweeping generalizations are made benignly about all kinds of groups of people ranging from those people who listen to emo music to those who have sexually active lifestyles and everybody in between. But the tirades only launch when one makes a casual inference - a generalization - about a race, an ethnic group, women, et cetera. It is the imagination of the critics who should be credited with assuming a generalization is pigeon-holing "every single one." Making the statement "gays are into anal sex" does not mean that every gay man likes giving it and/or taking it. And when has there been any conspiracy researcher looking into the Jewish/Zionist angle that believed Jews run the world from a cave? Also, I certainly don't believe every Jew is "hook-nosed". Jason Bermas is certainly not hook-nosed and neither is Dylan Avery.

Next, Bermas goes on to mention that the World Order conspiracy is comprised of participants of all religious backgrounds, all races, and all creeds. But wait a minute. Alex Jones wants us to believe that the World Order is ran by elite white racists who belong to Germanic nazi death cults. Little understood to Alex Jones and his Crew of Jew is that the term Nazi is the compromised derivative of National Socialism and Zionism. The "Na" part of Nazi is National Socialism and the "zi" part of Nazi is "Zionism". This is because Nazism is the combination of two different political philosophies whose students figured out how to benefit greatly by combining their efforts. (ref. Eustace Mullins)

More bizarrely, Webster Tarpley in Jones' latest documentary, The Obama Deception, referred to the World Order conspiracy as primarily an "Anglo-American Empire" when most of the people at the top of the pyramid are Jewish bankers who own the stock of the Bank of England and the Federal Reserve!

Jason's next move is to call for extermination through population control of those who believe that Jews run the world. He erroneously conflates hating Jews to hating all minorities. He then makes the claim that he's somehow not of any particular ethnicity, a biological impossibility if there ever was one!!! In fact, he claims that with a little bit of lighting technique he can be made to look like any ethnicity!!

Bermas's next charge is that the caller is discrediting the "movement" by arguing Jewish domination in the media. What movement? The movement of sheep being deceptively led to the slaughterhouse by Jewish Zionist sheepherders? There's a difference between an InfoWarrior and a Truth Seeker. An InfoWarrior is someone who follows and parrots everything Alex Jones says and a Truth Seeker realizes Alex Jones is a disinformation agent. After all, isn't it a bit strange how the American Broadcasting Company allows Alex Jones to borrow their satellites for his radio show? And besides I'm sure with Jews in such dominant positions at the Genesis Communications Network Alex Jones signed a contract stipulating that he couldn't talk about the Jews.

And I love how these media celebrity conspiracy researchers always act like they're the first ones to uncover it all. They make these cases to become self-appointed leaders in the "truth movement". Eustace Mullins was the first one to write the book exposing the Federal Reserve as a fraud, but Alex Jones and his Crew of Jew promote G. Edward Griffin instead. He tries to discredit this claim but his own credibility evaporates when he turns an about-face and says that he has Jewish friends. Yes, of course, he does. Dylan Avery is one of them. No wonder the Loose Change film never touches upon the Israeli foreknowledge and involvement. They're protecting them!!

In the following video around the 8 minutes mark Alex Jones makes two very conflicting statements.

Statement #1: "My wife's not Jewish."

Statement #2: "In my wife's...you know...zzhh...you know...off on one side of her family they did have some Jewish relatives from Poland..."

Well, which is it, Alex? Is your wife Jewish or not? He goes on to say that it doesn't really matter since he has had the ADL attack him in the past. This really isn't much of an argument since the concept of "controlled opposition" is built on leading the opposition. How many sponsors does Alex Jones have that are Jewish? I would think that would factor in to his reporting. He had Eustace Mullins on his radio program only once and I bet his sponsors threatened to pull their support if he had him on his show again. Alex Jones would've become another Morton Downey, Jr.

But back to the origianl topic at hand here. Bermas then makes the most shocking statement of all. He argues that if you happen to be asking the "Jewish question" you should take a toaster oven, plug it into your bathroom's electrical socket and take a bath with it. Its these oversensitive defense positions that make "antisemites" think that the Jews control the world's resources and want to maintain their control over others with total impunity.
